Marcos Rojo might leave Man United after bust up with Louis van Gaal (Best Tweets)

Marcos Rojo’s Manchester United career could be over due to the defender’s damaged relationship with manager Louis van Gaal.

The Argentine centre-half crossed his boss earlier in the summer when he failed to make United’s pre-season tour of North America due to issues with his passport.

He was fined £140,000, which is the equivalent of two weeks wages, and appears to have completely lost the trust of van Gaal with the Daily Mail reporting Rojo could be sold before the transfer window shuts at 6pm UK time on Tuesday.

Rojo only arrived at the club last season in a £16 million move from Sporting Lisbon after an impressive World Cup in which his Argentina side beat van Gaal’s Holland team.

He settled in well at United and played 22 Premier League games for the Red Devils. Rumour has it that he could be included in the deal for Monaco striker Anthony Martial.

United fans aren’t happy about reports of Rojo’s impending exit and reacted with frustration about their controversial manager on Twitter.
