The 24-year-old has been the subject of interest from clubs across the Premier League including Tottenham Hotspur and Stoke where the Nigerian spent last season on loan, but it is West Ham who have won the race for the midfielder’s signature.
It’s set to be a busy end to the transfer window at Upton Park with the latest rumours suggesting that the East London side are desperate to sign a striker before this afternoon’s deadline.
