Ander Herrera starts his first game of the season for Manchester United alongside Michael Carrick as Manchester United take on Club Brugge in the Champions League.
Carrick started alongside Morgan Schneiderlin in last week’s first leg, scoring an own-goal and being substituted for Bastian Schweinsteiger. The German international started this weekend against Newcastle but it is Carrick to get the nod tonight.
Those are the only two changes for Louis van Gaal, with misfiring Wayne Rooney continuing to search for his first goal of the season. Memphis Depay will start on the left, looking to add to his two goals in the first leg.
Michel Preud-homme has rung the changes for his Club Brugge XI, with Sinan Bolat taking over in goal and Tom De Sutter playing what should be his final game for the club.
Jean-Charles Castelletto replaces the suspended Brandon Mechele whilst the other two changes see Davy De Fauw and Claudemir come into the side.
